bringing code beyond the classroom.
Growing up, I always wished my school had placed a stronger focus on technology and computing. I’ve always believed that learning to code should be exciting and accessible to everyone, and that belief inspired me to create IglooCode – a full-day event for students aged 11–14.
From 2023 to 2026, IglooCode gave over 600 young people a chance to experience coding in a hands-on, competitive, and creative way, proving that computing can be so much more than what’s taught in the classroom.
